West Coast Slow Speed Traffic Training Net

The West Coast slow speed Net (WCN) provides training in the proper handling of messages in Morse code. Regular traffic nets operate at fairly high CW speeds. WCN's slow speed operation (10 wpm) provides both a training ground and a bridge to operating on regular CW traffic nets.
